SYNOPSIS

 

In the 22nd Century, the overpopulated cities of man could expand outwards no more. So man built gigantic platforms on top of its existing cities and took to the sky. One such city is seperated into two sections: the rich and prosperous Upper City, and the poor, crime-ridden Lower City.

 

In the Lower City a rag-tag gang of vigilantes wages a war against a powerful organized crime syndicate, the Mafia. By day they run a homeless shelter, feeding the hungry and helping the helpless. By night they are soldiers, fighting a dangerous battle against drug dealers, hitmen, and psychos. The gang is led by Clare and her best friend Gabriel, a young man with mysterious but deadly superpowers. Are they a gift or a curse? Gabriel has never known how or why has these powers. His life is soon turned upside down when he encounters a man with shining blue eyes. A man who may hold the secrets behind Gabriel's power and who threatens everything Gabriel holds dear.
