However unbenknowst to them, in anticipation of his death, The Dark Master performed an unholy ritual that would ensure his reincarnation to this world. BACKGROUND INFO
The Dark Master is a science-fiction/fantasy universe created by me. Originally concieved as a feature film back in 2011, it is now a web series of sorts since at the time I had not the resources to pull of a feature length movie. I decided instead to focus on my favorite parts of the story and go from there, and thus the "web series" was born.
The Dark Master will be a series of short films that take place in the same universe and will have an over arching story. Each film will have different characters and tell its own story, but be connected with each other through various elements.
"Gang War" is the first entry in the series. Part 1 was shot during Winter 2013 and is due for release in Fall 2014

Gang War Part 1
The first film in The Dark Master series. Gang War is the story of a street gang on a mission to fight the Mafia and rid the Lower City of their presence. This rag-tag group of vigilantes is lead by Clare and her best friend Gabriel, a young man who possesses mysterious but deadly superpowers. All his life, Gabriel has wondered where did these powers come from? Are they a gift or a curse? His life changes one day when he encounters a warrior with similar abilities, and everything he holds dear becomes endangered.
Courtyard Massacre
A S.W.A.T. team engages two suspected murderers. However they realize too late their suspects may be more than they can handle. An A.I. watch the battle from afar and make a shocking discovery.
This was actually created before "Gang War" as a student project. After the class ended I went back and redid all the visual effects and added several new shots. Almost like a "Special Edition" except that Greedo doesn't shoot first.
